Instead of posting a recipe this week and because it is National Eating Out Week (any excuse!) I’ve decided to point you in the right direction to some great restaurants with discount vouchers currently available.

ASK restaurant
This is top of my list at the moment because kids can eat for free from Sunday-Thursdays! In addition to this offer there are three others:
- Buy one main meal, get a second for £1 (Sun-Thurs)
- Free Baileys with any meal at any time during the day/week
- Dessert for £1 (Sun-Fri)
All these offers are running from now until Sunday 13th December so if you don’t have time to go this week, you’ve got a couple more weeks to enjoy them!

Pizza Express
This is probably my favourite place to go when it comes to grabbing a quick lunch which is guarenteed to be tasty and at a good price. I tend NEVER to go if there isn’t a voucher on but they seem to have a voucher every fortnight or so, so keep your eyes peeled. Unfortunately we’ve just missed out on the 2 for 1 lunch offer they’ve been running over this weekend but if you have an ORANGE mobile, (which i do) every Wednesday they offer 2 for 1 on any main meal along with free garlic bread/dough balls! Whenever i take advantage of this offer i tend to tie it in with the cinema too, I love Orange Wednesdays!!
La Tasca
Always a good one if you’ve got a babysitter for the night, La Tasca has a really buzzing atmosphere which, along with the sangria and the yummy tapas, makes for a fun night. During the week they hold Salsa dancing classes for around £5 so you can go for a dance and then grab some food after you’ve worked up an appetite - I’ve been to one and they’re a real laugh! La Tasca currently have a 50% off your food bill voucher which is valid Sun-Fri until 6th December which means you can heartily stuff your face until your hearts content and rarely spend over £10!!
Toby Carvery
Finally, if you fancy a good old fashioned meal then Toby Carvery are currently offering a carvery meal and an ice-cream sundae for just £5 (we love a bargain!). Its an easy place to take a haggle of women and kids and they don’t seem to mind as much as the restaurants above when your kids are tearing through the restaurant screaming!! This voucher is only available until the end of Saturday this week, so get your skates on!
